Printer only printing magenta...

I assumed that this was because my colour cartridge was running out, but I've replaced it with a new one and still only magenta will print.  Possibly something needs cleaning, but I have no idea what or how.  My printer is a HP Deskjet 895Cxi. 

Please help?

There should be a head cleaning function inside the printer's control panel software.

Had a simular problm, only this was a Lxmark 2400 series a few yrs ago..I had to unistall driver and reboot and then re-install drivers. May or maynot help, somethng you can try if all else fails

If cleaning the printer heads by using the utility in the printer properties box doesn´t fix it then you will have to take it to an HP service center and since printers are cheap these days you could buy a new one with warranty.
