icons win.ini files

How do i restore the "windows flag icon" in certain win.ini files?

What version Windows are you running? Is there anything in right click/properties? Did you set them to open by default in anything? What icon do they have now?

i'm running windows 98SE.  There are no icons on the 3 port files in win.ini that i changed the value from 9600 to 57600 bd.  When I tried to change the value in the modem in controll panel it said i was running at 57600 but in the win.ini file it said 9600 so i changed it there in msconfig/win.ini.
