Apple Ipod

I have just moved all of my music from my pc to my ipod but i have two problems:

Some of my cd covers are not showing on my ipod even though they are on my pc?
Some of my track listings are listed on my pc but on my ipod they are showing as track 1, 2 etc

can anyone help?

What operating system are you using? (eg: Macintosh, Windows, Linux)
What media player program are you using? (eg: iTunes, Windows Media Player, Quicktime)

Two other options:
1. While computer on, disconnect IPod. Reconnect. It should give some message like:
"IPod was not disconnected in proper way. Do you want to scan it for errors?". Say Yes.
If that doesn't help, and you have everything backed up on your computer...
2. Open ITunes, click on your IPod, and in right pane, you'll have "Restore" button, which upon clicking will restore IPod to the original state.
