display driver

please help me.
i am trying to download or at least update my driver
i currently have standard VGA but i really want to update it into others like nVIDIA.
i want to play games like audition SEA which require a graphic card of nVIDIA at least.
i am using windows VISTA.
how do i do it?. please help me.
i've been trying for MANY MONTHS.
please. i beg you to help me.

First is this a new video card you are updating or an existing one?
Second if it is an existing one and you are trying to play high pixel games with it, it wont work.
Thrid you will end up having to buy a better graphics card if you want to play games that require a higher pixel rate.
