    Have you tried searching Intel's website?

    If this is an integrated device (built into the motherboard), check their website under your motherboard model. The LAN drivers specific to that motherboard will be found there.

    You still haven't posted what MBoard you have...
    Both of these threads would be solved if you just installed your MBoard drivers as suggested...

      It sounds like your LAN NIC is integrated into the motherboard. Therefore, we need to know the exact model of the motherboard so we can tell you what driver you need. If you can't provide complete information, there is little chance anyone can help you.
