Outlook Mail notification in Systray

Running XP SP2 and Outlook 2000 have lost the little envelope that used to appear in Systray when new mail arrived. How can I get it back?

Tools, Preferences, email options, display notification messaage when new mail arrives.

and then advanced email options to select envelope to appear in your system tray.
