My deskto icons 'Auto arrange" by themselves. Nothing is checked in 'Arrange icons By...' drop down dialog box.
Problem has perplexed me over the past one year, forcing me to use an external utility 'Icon Restore'. The utility must be run very often - which is a hassle.
What has befallen my system and how can I fix it. Thank you!
