What is 4 in one?
4 in 1, a memory card reader.
If this is an internal card reader (you installed something that goes inside your computer):
Check and make sure all your power connections (Specifically the one to the motherboard) are secured.
If its external (outside the computer) then please describe what happens when you turn on your computer, eg: Fans start, sound of hard drive, something appears on the screen, etc
