still doesnt work.

I have Yahoo mail, and when I go to yahoo.com it load fine, but when I click on "mail"it gives me the cannot display page

Also, my sister has a few problems as well, but they are pretty much the same problem. She has a facebook and she can get on to the login page, but when she logs in it says "cannot display"

I dont know if this information will help, but thats basically the problem.

I have another computer at my house that we dont use because we dont have the administrator password and basically everything is blocked on the other accounts. You wouldn't happen to know how to find those passwords or reset them would you?

Are you connected through router?
As for your other question, you better start a new topic.

Turn your computer off.
Connect your computer straight to the modem (bypassing router).
Disconnect modem from power source.
Wait 1 minute.
Power on your modem.
Turn on your computer.
Try Internet again.
