an up grade to make it work & feel

      So o.k. they say 2 many monkeys under the hood can cause a disater
I trusted someone to do as they claimed that was to up grade my system.
check it out prior to the upgrade, huh everything worked the sound the camera the windows media player . Now all I have is nothing that works !!!
 no drivers for this or that. Blah blah blah..
   So I've learned, that this site and going online is how to get the driver's. but my computer is at home unable to go on- line as I have no phone service..

        SO HOW DO I GET THE DRIVER"S ON MY SYSTEM WHICh     wins xp

HELP I"M board & want to at least play a CD or something help please..

First of all you will need some way of getting the drivers onto your computer. Do you have access to a computer with a cd burner or do you own an USB pen drive or similar?
