need help with getting comp info

umm i dunno how to get my info about my comp.

like i cant find my info about my graphics card and vid card and stuff like that.  the stuff that they give u for the game requirements stuff like processor and vid card and sound card and that stuff. if someone knows how i could get this info about my comp please tell me.  and yes i know this is a easy question i just dunno how to get it.
