Rogue icon killing me

A large icon appeared on my desktop. I cant open it and I cant delete it. Any ideas? It says "SUPPORT"  with a huge green background. Thanks Jr

    What happens when you try to open or delete it? What error messages do you get? Already in use by another application?

    Thanks for your time. I click on it and nothing happens. I right click and left click but still nothing happens. I went to windows support and this thing appeared just after that. It seems to be connected to that event somehow.  thanks again, Jr

    hhhhmmmm. It sounds like it COULD be spyware... Do you have a spyware blocker or sweeper? Also, what is the name of the icon? (Casinos, etc.)
