Printer counting problems

Can anyone help me to solve a printer problem.My printer is an all in one epson DX4700 and I am running Vista. My problem is no matter how many copies I request my printer to print (from my PC) it will only print one.The Epson will copy o.k. ask for 6 and I get 6 no problem.Has anyone any suggestions please.

Did you try reinstalling the Epson software by putting the disc to install it back in your computer?
