I'll work on that Broni.  I just have so many great things in my Incredimail files that I don't want to lose.  I'll see if I can back them all up and uninstall and then reinstall.  Thanks.

First, you may try to reinstall over the top (without uninstalling)

Oh,  I misunderstood.  I'll try that if it's possible.

Yeah. That shouldn't (in theory...hehe...you know, computers) touch your data.

Okay I did that and everything looks the same but I won't know if it worked until someone emails me and we email back and forth a few times. After a few times that's when I get that message.

Well I lost all my Incredimail files.  I had hundreds of them that I've been collecting over the years.  Hard to explain if you don't have Incredimail.  It's all messed up now.  I have to see if I can retrieve them some how.  What a nightmare this has been.

Well I've tried system restore and everything and my whole Incredimail program is a done deal.  Wow!!!  I can't believe this has happened.

I'm truly sorry for your problem.
I should have known better, and ask you twice to backup you data anyway.
              Try this: http://www.download3k.com/System-Utilities/Other-Utilities/Download-Nucleus-Incredimail-Recovery.html
It has demo version, which will show you, if your mail can be recovered.

Well that didn't work.  I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling Incredmail again and I still didn't get my files back.  I had some great things in those files and now they are all gone.  :P
