    I tried to 'modify' and add the log.  Here it is.

    It looks good :)
    You may remove couple of unnecessary startups. Open HJT, and checkmark these:
    - O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
    - O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SUPERAntiSpyware] C:\Program Files\SUPERAntiSpyware\SUPERAntiSpyware.exe
    Click "Fix checked".

    Run CCleaner, afterwards.
