    cannot complete downloading..... 99%

    i tried to download  any files  but when it reaches  to 99% suddenly it stops,whats  the problem.pls i need your help.

      When did it start?
      What have you installed recently?

        thank you so much but i was able to repair it through  system restore..

        i still  have one problem  i cannot enter into chatrooms ,,i got message  saying  CANNOT  FIND  C...... make sure the internet path is correct!!
