I have a Dell Inspiron 8200. I get an Error Code #M1004 push F1 to continue, and know one seems to know what this is. I called Dell they said call AOL. Who is next? Windows XP loads fine. Aol loads fine. Modem gets a error that it is being blocked. Some times it works to get to AOL home page. I have added an external modem and I get as far as "Welcome you have Mial" then in 3-5 minuts I get booted. While on AOL there is no access to the Internet or mail. HELP!!
