If I try to launch internet explorer my laptop does nothing, also when I click on start and go to programs all but a few of the things listed show the same icon and I cannot open anything. I cannot start in safe mode, it wont start with last configuration that worked, and it cant access system restore..........................Please can anyone help....I cant access msn messenger either so any help you can offer must be via this site........Thanks
