    Dell XPS 400

    I keep finding people on the Net having an issue with the Dell XPS 400. Mainly because it has only USB ports and no legacy device support. So, how do you fix a computer with only USB ports, if the USB ports do not work. All indications are that it is a software issue like a driver vs. a hardware issue like blown caps.

      When did they stop working? What do you see in device manager? Also what version of windows are you running?
