Crazy iMac needs help....
« on: March 23, 2008, 11:32:33 AM »
Hi, I have an old Imac G3 (slot loading) and I was moving some file around with it in a PC (using Mac drive) And somehow I managed to mess up the system folder which now needs to be "Re-blessed" however I don't have the OS 9 CD which is needed to do this. Is there anyway to "Re-bless" the system folder without the CD? Or atleast get it to boot up so I can Set the start up disk?

I'm not an os 9 expert by any means, but I believe if you hold option while booting it should allow you to choose what system you want to boot off of.

However, from the way it sounds, you are probably going to need your os 9 cd.  You could always try ebay for it...?
