    HDMI Problem
    « on: March 30, 2008, 08:59:04 PM »
Hey everyone, I just recently bought a monster hdmi coard with a dvi output. Now eerything is working perfectly i have my pc set up to my 42 inch in hd, though my video card couldn't support the full resolution of 1928x or somthin. just running at 1280 and 720 i believe.
Now te problem I am having is all my video games when i try and play them run, and i can hear the sounds of the music and clicks of the game, but It does not diplay, it's just a black screen. No error messages or anything. Anyone know what I can do about this? It's very frustrating, cause games like cnc3 and cs: source aren't working.

    I almost forgot.
    My specs are pretty basic
2.8 ghz pentium 4 processor, 1.5 gb of ddr ram
    120 gb hard drive
    Sound blaster pro
saphire ati Radeon 1950 pro 512mg
its freshly reformatted everything works fine, my power supply is 50 watts below suggested for my video card though. Its a 400 watt power supply.
