    Desktop screen not responding

    Hello all,
    So I downloaded Avast! to delete some viruses on my pc. Now my pc is not responding at all. No right clicks, no ctl-alt-del, no icons, nothing. I can't even get anything in safe mode!!! I am so afraid all of my info is gone. Can someone please help me???

        Yes. I tried to log in any way I can. And nothing is responding. I can't right click or anything! The only way I can see anything happening is if its prompt in. Can someone please help.
