Installing KompoZer on Windows

1. Download kompozer-0.7.10-win32.zip from KompoZer.net.
2 .Open the ZIP folder in a compression utility such as WinZIP or ZipGenius.
3. Extract ALL files to the Program Files folder.
    Note: The compression utility should have extracted it to C:\Program Files\KompoZer 0.7.10\
             If this is not the case, extract it to C:\Program Files\KompoZer 0.7.10\ instead.
4. Create a shortcut on the desktop to kompozer.exe.
5. Test to see if the program is running correctly.

Hi dairyman, down there in Australia.     I agree with you about KompoZer; it's basically a replacement for Nvu, as indicated at http://www.kompozer.net/about/, and is quite like Nvu.  I've recently downloaded KompoZer and think I'll be using it.  The interface is nearly identical to Nvu, so switching will be easy.
