did you restart firefox to complete the installation? Then when you get to the page you want, go to the firefox icon on the lower right of the browser and click on it to reload the page thru ie tab.

I'm guessing by restarting you mean to just close it and reopen it correct? I go back to the video page and I don't see the fox in any corner.

Geez you must think i'm an idiot by now. I don't have any of those little icons. I clicked on the other link and it started opening 100 extra blank tabs. when it finally stopped, you guessed it. still nothing.

I right clicked and it opened it back up in Internet Explorer not Firefox. When I do right click the only option I have is "Open Link Target in IE" Maybe that ad-on didn't really work?

Is it listed in Add-ons, under Tools?

The add on works for me. Now try this, if the IE tab is listed in the Add-Ons under tools......

Right click on one of the icons in the Navigation Toolbar (The part of firefox that has the back, forward, home, etc buttons), click on Customize.
Drag the IE tab icon onto the toolbar. Now go to the webpage in question normally as you do. Then click the IE Tab icon that you should now see in the Navigation Toolbar so that webpage is reloaded using the IE Tab.

In that image above, do you see the new tab next to the home tab? That's the icon I am referring to above, and when you click it, you should see the firefox icon like shown above to show that you have switched into the IE tab's IE mode.

it added the tab, but My tab icon looks different than the one you just posted. Mine looks like a white square with a blue title block on top with a yellow arrow. When I go to the add-ons menu and click on options, It shows the IE location as internet explorer, is that suppose to be like that? I think i'm missing a step somewhere.

It's my fault again. I gave you wrong install link. Uninstall that add-on, and I'll give you right link.

Well you have nothing to apologize for. I'm just glad you're willing to help me out here. So okay I got the new one added. the Icon is like your's now. How ever it's still not working. Well let me back up. It did start to work, but once it did I have no control over it stoping pausing or clicking a different episode. And it took the video about half an hour to start. I left one of the other tabs open and it started playing on it's own. Shouldn't there be player controls on it?

How about, if you try Opera? It's a nice, safe browser. You may just use it to watch Office.

okay so I just downloaded Opera. Same problem. I must have some other program running that's causing the problem. But i've turned everything off that I know of. Im sorry i;'m being such a pain in the backside. I hate to give up. but it seems as if nothing is gonna work.
