using winRAR need help with linux

ok hey im going to give as much info as possible so here goes i downloaded
fedore-8-live-1686 and it is winRAR format if that makes any sense
i do not know how to install it from winRAR so can u please tell me how the contents inside fedore winRAR are as follos
..
LiveOS
isolinux
readme
gpl


can u please tell me how to get this program up and running cheers angel

It's an ISO (disk image) file that will make a bootable CD-ROM with a live Linux system. You need to use it to burn a CD with your burning software. It is only appearing on your system as a "winrar" file because (I guess) you have file extensions turned off in Windows Explorer and WinRAR is associated with ISO files on your system.
