    Installing RollerCoaster Tycoon

    ya i went to install RollerCoaster Tycoon 2. It kinda old but i wanted to play it so i went to install it. This error poped up


    Componet transfer error

    Componet:          Full Install
    file group:           Full
    File:                    E:\Data\css24.dat
    Error:                  Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

    My computer info in in the signature box

    what does this mean? and what can i do to get it to install?

      Is the disk scratched or dirty?
      Try cleaning it.

        The CD is scratched up bad. I ended installing it with my back up copy
