    My HP Computer using Windows XP has a HP _RECOVERY (D:) 5.03 GB FAT 32, Healthy (Boot).  Properties shows 5.266 Used space.  I do not know how this happened.  When I click on Disk Cleanup, OK nothing happens.  When I try to use the computer I get a message that the D Drive is full.
