runescape all the way, even if i cant play it in HD.
and also their membership(free-to-play is free, but members are pay-to-play)
is at a good price US($5.95) a month, WoW is just to much(not as far as prices)

WoW is probably better, though I don't like it much. I play runescape now and then but it lags a lot anymore. And I think I'm still only paying 5 a month(old members still get the old price). Not like the dollar is a big difference.

My friend always tries to talk about WoW to me but I don't understand what hes saying lol.

"Check out my Dark Healer Elf Warrior Marge's Sword" and stuff like that. I just don't understand it. Runescape is pretty simple in my opinion.

Runescape is just getting better and better and I've played it for like... maybe 5 years. But I'm not playing that much now though, still, I'm enjoying to raise my skills.

WoW, I've only tried the trial and I enjoyed it too. It took awhile to get used to it  but I think it's better than runescape.
There are much more quests to do and are more challenging. :)

RS and WoW have there advantages, WoW seems to be more custom when it comes to your character, but RS is still good(much eaiser to understand)

I haven't read through this topic, so what I am about to say may be repeated.

Runescape can be related to real life. WoW....not so much....

Yeah it has the best of both worlds, 3D graphics and its free to play.
I pick Runescape only because its free to play.

Here is a list of free MMORPGS, some are 3D others are 2D, some examples are Archlord and Guildwars are listed.

You don't need money to play WoW!!

I run on a modified realmlist that connects to a private server called Middle Earth and you just go to their page,  login and play.

however it is still in the Burning Crusade era at patch 2.4.3, but you can find others, like toxic WoW at 3.0.3

Just do some hunting around, the hardest part is getting the game, its so big :(

I just got the DVD's from a friend...and you can always get the base client and patch your way up.

I wonder if my "tapiocan elf burner" can equip the "dagger of bands that didn't quite succeed but still had a few successful albums"
I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.
