Internet Explorer 6 Major Problem!!!!!

Hi

My problem is when I open Internet Explorer 6 it automatically goes to a search Engine page and these "pop up windows" come up telling me I got Spyware software on my computer - I have tried uninstalling Internet Explorer and then re-installing but this has not helped. Does anyone know why this search Engine comes up and does not allow me to go on any website - not even google or yahoo. or hotmaill.

I have tried going on the "Internet Explorer Update" website (for security patches or a solution) but it says that it only works in Internet Exploere - which I cannot go on as Internet Explorer 6 is preventing me from going on any websites

The funny thing is... YOU DO HAVE SPYWARE! Try downloading Microsoft AntiSpyware off of http://www.microsoft.com ... Keep in touch..

I tried to install Windows Spyware as you suggested but it only works for Windows XP and 2000 - I am on Windows ME.

I have decided to block all cookies in Internet Explorer Settings. - To Add to that i decided to override cookies with "propmt for cookies" - this has identified which cookies are trying to get on my system and causing the problem - However I have listed them in my restricted websites but this has not helped - The cookie that was trying to get in was "insightexpressai.com" -  another cookie was "http://vv6.s13.tempx.cc - Has anyone had any problems with these sort of cookies before and what have you done to resolve this?

If you are able to get to this site, run the online spyware scan. It gets the majority of these pests.
