Well.... HOPEFULLY you were talking about a computer (being that this is a computer forum, and any information about your body could be a risk...)  ;)  But... Try reinstalling your sound card drivers, and replace them with the latest ones from the internet... Also, try running a Windows Update by going to http://www.microsoft.com ... Let us know what happens...
