A new video card will definitely improve gaming performance.
There aren't many faster CPUs available for that socket.
More RAM may be worthwhile too, that board supports 2GB which may be worth grabbing if you can find it.
After those upgrades I would consider that build finished, other upgrades just won't be cost effective.
