ok so i have just a regular 98 but i got a 98se revovery disk i put it in and notihng happnes becuase my windows 98 wont start so i want to recover with windows98se but i put that disk in and notihng happens

Cause they are two different OS's. Need to get a copy of either 98 or a full 98SE

hold down the f5 key on boot...unless you have formated/fd/disked the drive??is this related to your other problem!
