Is My Computer Functioning?

I have enclosed SAS/MABM/HiJack logs.

I'd like to know:

1) Is my computer functioning properly?
        -If not, what steps should I do to resolve?
2)  Also...I have Avast/CCleaner/SAS/MBAM/WPSetup/Avenger/Scotty Patrol
         -Is that enough or do I need more protection?
          -Would any of those be better off deleted?
