hey I'm pretty new to this site, was wondering if its possible to see when a document/folder was viewed, like does it come up with how many times its been viewed and if so, when? Please reply I'm desperate as there is a very serious accusation going round at work against myself, I need evidence to prove my innocence before I lose my job.
is there any way?  ???

What operating system is it?

I dont think you can without software, but I'm not sure. You could maybe just go to "Recent Documents"?

well. assuming it's windows, and maybe a relatively up to date version, here's what to do.

right click file / document > properties > check the accessed time.

this only displays the last accessed time, and not previous access times.
