Sorry if this question has been asked before but i couldn't seem to find it on the Q&A page. just got this new computer with windows vista and internet exploring keep restarting itself everytime i try to close it. How do i get rid of that feature?

Close IE.
Go Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools, click on Internet Explorer (no add-ons).
Same thing?
