I'd like to be able to see the actual chinese in some programs isntead of seeing the
characters. For example, in NTCU6 program, it has the problem.
I know you can install language pack or change system locale to read chinese when unicode won't work, but those change everything to chinese, which I don't want. I want chinese to appear when it should be everything else lke vista's start menu text and all to stay in english.
