    Converting from Vista home to XP home

    ok I have looked everywhere I can think of I need to find out if anyone knows If This board is compatible with XP .. Drivers etc

    ASUS A8M2N-LA Its in Compaq Presario SR2173WM Desktop PC
    has onboard GeForce 6150 LE onboard sound onboard Realtek high-definition audio
    has 4 sata plugs  on board
    PC4500 memory

    I need to know any info You guys and Girls know about this I Have know Idea Ive always bought the parts and The guy I use makes sure they are compatible...
    Any thing that I need to replace I would like to know before hand... I am doing this for a friend who bought a walmart special And didnt know that there was a difference in XP and Vista lol Hes crying for XP ...

    Of course it will work with Windows XP. Just try to use Windows XP with SP2 or SP3 already built in to the OS when you install. If you try to install the original XP from 2001, you might encounter errors like I did when I installed the 2001 XP on a 2007 Dell XPS. You can download XP drivers from the manufacturers' websites.
