Responding to craigslist ads

I've tried for hours to changr the default for my email. I've got the verizon broadband with a HP Pavillion dv6000. I can post on CL and recieve email on my gmail, just can't respond to CL ads.

Hey Broni, I get the dialogue box to allow or not to allow a program to run. I click allow and it tells me to change the default mail client. I did and did to no avail. I'm not too computer savy. Thanks for any help.

Hey Broni, thanks for replying. I just figured out that Quote was how to eback to you. Anyway, a dialogue box asks me change the default mail client. I did over and over and it won't take. Thanks.
