Malwarebytes found quiet a lot.
Try install, and let us know.

    no still saying it is still installed, it cannot be installed, could it be that i am using IE7
    and it only works on IE6

        HJT log is clean.
        As for Desktop Help, it looks like typical ISP BS, but you can always call your ISP, and complain about your problem. You'll see, if they'll be able to help...

          ha yes broni

          if i call them up, which is in india its very hard to understand some of them, and they often get things wrong.

          they will just remotely access my computer, and try and find out what is wrong.

          BRONI .. do you think it is installed on this computer, with what you have seen.

            Call your ISP tomorrow, and when you can't get help fro regular guy, ask for 2nd level technician, and be firm about it.
