                   I'M INSTALLING ITUNESAND I HAVE TO BE THE ADMINISTRATOR.  I SIGN IN TO MY PC WITH MY PASSWORD.  IS THAT ALL THAT'S NEEDED.   SHARI

    You don't need to use caps.....

    And yes thats all you need if you are an Administrator on that machine you should be good to go.
