Restart computer, and keep tapping F8 key, until menu appears.

As long, as you're not playing games, we may say, it's idle, and....I don't like this:
        (Flame) Core:54C
        It's definitely high.
Your processor max temp is listed at 73C.
Were all fans running when you opened the case?

No, i never open my case when my computer is on, i shut it off disconnect EVYERTHING and then lay it on my bed and open the case. ATM i have this like mini fan...kinda like a desk fan acting as a case fan lol...what does the flame represent? and also have any idea what programs i can get that are free so i can take a screen shot of my desktop

When you have case open, don't touch anything inside, and turn computer on, to see, if all fans are running.
Did you clean well inside with that compressed air (this is what I suspect, you have, not freon)?
Flame itself, means not much. It's SpeedFan's default setting - any temp above 50C will be marked with a flame, kind of warning.
But the number itself, 54C doesn't look good.

My parents just came home ill will ask my dad if he has compressed air, probably does.....and well my computer is still running :P, all my fans do run i have 4 fans total running atm but with case closed it'd be 5 because the cover has one. and that one does run as well...let me get some compressed air and clean it out and see if the results change any.

You have to buy a can tomorrow, and clean well inside, including fans' blades. Hold blades with a pencil, so you won't damage them from spinning.
Can the computer stay up longer in Safe Mode?
Also, while the case open, bet a house fan, and point it toward open case. See, if it'll help to keep the computer up for longer time.
              ....and keep monitoring with SpeedFan.

What brand of computer is it?
With some brands, you may need to start tapping F8 key only after computer maker logo appears (Compaq, for instance).
                Is house fan helping?
