Outlook 2003

Does anyone know why recalling a message in outlook 2003 doesn't work??? I was thinking it may have something to do with recalling a message that was sent in another version of outlook......any suggestions??

It only works against an Exchange server, not regular Internet based email.  There is also a timing issue involved.  If you recall it after I already have it, then you really can't recall it (It is mine, mine, all mine I say )

We run exchange......sorry I forgot to mention that. So you can only recall before it hits the destination mailbox? Or before the email is read??
