i have this samsung syncmaster 950b and it's locked. how do i unlock it ? i have xp home p4 2.0 ghz 512ram 80 gb

What do you mean its locked?
The Samsung Syncmaster is a monitor type... how did you lock your monitor?

Or did you lock your computer?
If you locked your computer, and not the monitor, then I would recommend typing in the password... if you bought it from someone, ask them what the password is. If its not yours, well, that's a separate problem, and you probably shouldn't have it.

when i click on menu, it says locked and i picked it up at a reused center, so ur telling me there is nothing i can do ?

Ah, I understand now. Your On Screen Display (OSD) is locked.

Hold down the Degauss button for 30 seconds.
