'NO PARENT'

Hi can anyone help?
I am a member of an online club, whilst visiting the site and clicking on a new page I got a blank page with just the words 'no parent' in the top left hand corner, now I cannot seem to get back onto the site, I just keep getting the same page with 'no parent' at the top, what does it all mean?
