CPU usage at 100%

Just to let everyone with this problem know.
I have had a problem that when I went into  task manager the CPU usage was at 100%
I found that it was Yahoo Tool Bar. As I had both Google and Yahoo tool bars but never used yahoo, I uninstalled Yahoo Toolbar from Add And Remove Programmes and my CPU usage is now at between 5 and 14%
