I'll try that malware removal help.  I had a virus before and I took this stupid thing to Best Buy to fix it.  It cost me 300 dollars! I have anti "Trend Micro Antivirus" on this thing and I run it when I'm supposed to.  I don't know how it happened again. Stupid piece of crap.

well to begin with i don't know if i have more than one antivirus installed. I have Trend antivirus, something called "error smart" and "spy sweeper"

Just start a Step 3. 

We need steps 3, 4, and 6 to look over and analyze.
Steps 3 and 4 may take a while, which is why I suggested you to do them overnight.

Basically download SAS (superantispyware) and follow the steps to get it to run a scan.
When the scan is complete, it will generate a log. Post the log here and continue with the next step (malwarebytes')

ok, i did the superspyware, and ran it. It found a couple of things and quarentined them. I never saw a "log."  Sould I do step 4 now? What does it mean "alternate download link (.exe) in step 4?
