I'm new to the forum and have read a lot about hp 2175 printer not working with vista and I am having some of the same problems but mine is just a little different.my software installed but the hp director no longer is there and my printer will print but it will only print color and not black.I have checked the cartridges so it has to be the compatibility with vista.I love the printer.Has anyone found the solution to this problem yet??I have installed,uninstalled,reinstalled and its driving me nuts.until vista I never had a problem.I would appreciate any help.
