    Vista upgrades service pack 1,2,3
    « on: September 25, 2008, 12:06:22 PM »
I just upgraded vista home with service pack 1 2 3 and now everything comes up small and most things don't fill the whole screen like it did before. Does anyone know what is up with that. Or how I can change it back. I really don't like how small everything is and when I zoom the page to make it look like it did before then I can't type in boxes. Such as putting in code letters to send things and log into certain games. I hope I can find a solution for this. Thanks

Only Service Pack 1 has been released for Vista.  So, you clearly don't have your facts straight. Please clarify.

      Welcome to Computer Hope, azippererjr!

Sounds like your screen resolution got changed. Try this:

      a) Click the Start Button>Control Panel>Appearance and Personalization>Personalization, and then click Display Settings.

      b) Move the slider (probably left, in your case) to select the resolution that you want.

It's a good idea to select the native resolution of your monitor if the monitor is an LCD type. Just look up the specs for your monitor in the literature that came with it or Google your monitor make and model number.

Best of luck and let us know how you make out.
