I was downloading a program and it said it was scanned be some virus company. I scanned it with Avast and it was clean. When I opened it my Avast and super anti spyware went off like crazy. I started to delete what they were finding until I got the message from windows that critical error occurred and is shutting down. After reboot It almost was done booting up when the same message came up. the more I tried the less it would boot up until finally it would just come up with that screen. I put in another hard drive and got this operating system up and scanned the other hard drive via USB and Avast and Super Anti spyware found virus' and Trojan's I deleted them still nothing I have installed Malwarebytes and am scanning with that now I paused it and used the unlocker too and could see all my files are still there but when not in that mode f i try to open my docs it says access denied I am trying to retrieve some pictures and some programs. The Trojan that stands out is "unidentified Trojan cOO installer" any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Tazzy, I can see you edited your post after Chris posted.  ::)

I would like to know the entire story, it may in fact be a key to your problem.

Also, I would start with steps 3, 4, and 6 here:

Yes - the post was edited at my suggestion as my original comment was based on not much info - tho I did not want to put others off from posting.

Your new info Tazzy helps much more than the original! ;)   :)
