advisable - worthy of being recommended or suggested; prudent or wise; "such action is neither necessary nor advisable"; "extreme caution is advisable"; "it is advisable to telephone first"

    hope this helped! :)

I do know what the word "advisable" means; I am a native English speaker.  ::) I did not ask "What does "advisable" mean?". I asked 'What do you mean [by] "advisable"?' I asked that question because I am not sure what drool means. The question is ambiguous. He or she might mean "Is hibernation better than shutting down?" or "Are there any reasons to prefer hibernation or shutting down?".

I think the answer is that if you hibernate then when you power up again the system starts much quicker, but some systems can show problems with SATA disks refusing to wake up. Try it with your system and if it works OK then go ahead.

Not more than you have usually contributed to my threads.

I don't ever do this, but I had to so that you would stop stalking my threads and flaming my topics, No point in anyone warning you cause you don't listen, so I thought I'd let you see how this feels yourself!!

From now on please DO NOT ''contribute'' to my threads the way you do!
